Missions…that word has always suggested ministering to people in foreign countries.  The Bible doesn’t use the word missions in that way.  In Acts 1:8, Jesus told His followers that they would be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth.  According to this command, wherever we go we are to bring the good news of Jesus Christ.  That means here in our own community and around the world.  So, we use the word Missions to mean that…

We are engaging in God's mission to share His LIFE with our community and around the world.

Amazon River- training pastors, building, clean water projects, establishing self-sustaining food sources

Brazil- Hope Unlimited Ministries, Rio de Janero

Belize- Evangelism trip using The Jesus Film, August 16-21

Moldova- Work with orphans and victims of human trafficking (JMI and CERI)
